I HIGHLY recommend this cleaning service. I was recommended by a friend and omg the satisfaction is unexplainable. Charnise got to EVERY nick and crany. The windows, the baseboards, everything. I saw my reflection in my hard words floors when she was done. She cleaned as if it was her house I felt like. I scheduled to be a monthly permanent customer and I think anyone who doesn't have the time, or just want someone else to do the work you should also.

I recently started using their cleaning services again after trying them out with a Groupon about 2 years ago. I had used cleaning services prior, but recall being really impressed with Prompt Concierge, both in my homes cleanliness and their professionalism. I didn’t need a recurring cleaning service at the time but thought to myself that if I did, they’d be it! Fast forward to now and I am glad to be on their roster. My home is spotless and their booking process was easy!

I get my home serviced bi weekly. As a New mom I appreciate the peace of mind knowing that my house is deep cleaned and kept regularly. Charnise’s attention to detail is obvious. She is quick yet thorough, and always on time (if not early). I appreciate how she teaches me about my home and provides tips to keep my house in between cleanings. Stop thinking about it and book her services. P.S she makes the best beds :)
